Data collection and analyses were based on questionnaire survey. 560 questionnaires were mailed out, and 472 valid questionnaires were returned. The valid response to questionnaires has reached 84%. The main research tools included “the Job Involvement Scale” and “Organizational Commitment Scale”. SPSS 10.0 for Windows was conducted with the purpose of compiling and analyzing the statistic. This study has drawn the following conclusions: 1.The job involvement of basic level nurses to be stable and the organizational commitment have that the degree is medium 2.There’s a positive correlation between job involvement and organizational commitment. 3. Above the age 31 years old, the children fosters number for 1 above,serves the period of service for 6 years (to contain) above, nurses the work period of service for 9 years (to contain) above the basic unit nursing staff to be higher in the job involvement degree. 4.The education level university nurses is above graduates,N3, the work department and so on specialized duty is higher basic unit of nursing staff from the special hospital ward in the job involvement potency. 5. The basic level nurses age, the children count, the education level, nurse the work period of service, the specialized duty and so on with the job involvement, to the organizational commitment has the direct influence. 6. The basic level nurses age, the service period of service,nurses the work period of service, the specialized duty and so on, the work department and the job involvement reaches to the organizational commitment difference situation reveals the standard. 7. The children count with the work investment in the organizational commitment difference of situation the stratification plane, in "the endurance commitment " and "the whole organizational commitment " reaches higher authorities to reveal the standard. 8. The education level of the job involvement to the organizational commitment various stratification planes, in "the emotion commitment ", "the whole organizational commitment " on has the direct influence. According to the above conclusions, this study has made some recommendations for Privately established medicine center basic level nurses, high step administrative personnel and future studies. 1.Recommendations for basic level nurses: 1-1 Embraces the lifelong study manner, unceasingly takes advanced courses the study to promote the specialized duty and so on and nurses the specialized skill. 1-2 At the right moment reflected the work difficult position and the manager carry on the benign communication coordination. 1-3Embraces high nurses the work service to be zealous, promotion work approval and pleasure. 2.Recommendations for high step administrative personnel: 2-1The value that works the department attribute, the specialized ability, the children counts, is nursing the work possibly to face the question and the hindrance of basic level nurses, and assists to break a way. 2-2 Gives the service period of service longer basic unit nursing staff welfare and the salary encouragement. 2-3 System of examining and assessment and so on realization basic unit nursing staff specialized duty, then the promotion nurses the specialized knowledge energy. 3.Recommendations for future studies:   Propose a further study respectively on objects, scope, variables and flow. 王政彥 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 187 zh-TW
