This study aimed to explore the relationship among diverse places, school funds and public relationship of the directors of division in elementary schools. Therefore, the results of the study proffer some conclusion s and suggestions for the later relevant researches learners on the topic of the school resource funds and public relationship operation. The way to research is adopting qualitative research, according to conception to take five directors of division in elementary schools as the research item. The conclusion of the research as follows: 1. The ways of school-resource collected funds are different but the principles are the same. 2. The mass of funding hinges on the government subsidies. 3. The best way for the great public relationship is to run a school discreetly. 4. The essential factors for the great public relationships is to have sincere attitude and excellent communicaion. 5. What the councilor delegate needs the public relationship is that “A friend in need is a friend indeed” not “to hit a person when he's down”. 6. The Suggestions to Education administrators (1). The pre-vocational training should offer the relevant courses of public relationship. (2). The funds should be allotted equally and reasonably. 7. The suggestions to school:To establish an objective standard is to ponder the relationship between the public relationship and resource collected funds. 8. The suggestions to the further relevant research (1). To adopt various way to collect more information. (2). To compare the relativity between school funds and the public relationship of the councilor delegate.
