Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 95 === A Research Of The Practical Effectiveness In Human Rights Education At Primary Schools Of Kaohsiung County ── With Application Of CIPP Model Abstract This research is applied by both theoretical inquiry and experimental analysis. At first, it is taken the theory of human rights education and of the evaluation of CIPP model as a basos, then followed by the strategy of human rights and the concept of evaluation. Finally, it is run off by questionnaire survey and interview which explores the effectiveness of human rights education of Kaohsiung County. In this research, 660 are targeted to fill in the questionnaires and 630 effectived are acquired, the returned ratio highly reached 98.5%. After scraped off 12, there are 618 effected. The effective samplings are executed by Means & SD to feedback the whole testers, and by T test & ANOVA to test different backsgrounds of testers. As to interviews, the main objects are from 21 parents of 5-6 grade students of FangShan, ChinShan, KongShan areas, via the open-question , it can obtain multiple information to supplement the lack of questionnaire. Through the analysis of questionnaire, the results are as follows: (a)The effectiveness of human rights education in Kaohsiung County is Mid-level. (b)Highest satisfaction is on both spatial environment and learning acquired, whereas organized operation is least satisfaction. (c)Sex: a. Male teachers are more recognizd than female teachers of human rights curriculum and teaching attitude. b.Female teachers are more recognized than male teachers of human rights comprehension and target. (d)Age: a. Age above 51 are more recognized than age 41-50 of human rights comprehension and target. b. Age above 51 are more recognized than age 31-40 of human rights spatial environment. c. Age above 51 are more recognized than age 31-40 of human rights learning acquired. (e)Education: a. Gratitude Institute are more recognized than University of human rights spatial environment. b. Gratitude Institute are more recognized than University of human rights teaching attitude. (f) Service 20-30 years are more recognized than 11-20 years of organized operation. (g) Human rights education at primary schools of Kaohsiung County can be allied in direct correlation of Context, Input, Process, Product. (h) Human rights education at primary schools of Kaohsiung County can be allied in advance by the effectiveness of Context, Input, Process, Product. At end, this research will submit some suggestions to educational administrations, schools, and communities separately.
