碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 資訊教育研究所 === 95 === This research is based on the present network environment and demand for Secondary and Elementary schools in Taiwan; it discusses the authentication and integration on campus. There are two types of authentication systems on campus nowadays. One is the authentication of system or servers which can be integrated in OpenLDAP or AD, the other is the authenticated information of web-based AP, which exists in the Relational Database. This research will synchronize the secret information on heterogeneous storages mention above. Therefore, we can use the same id/pw to login all of internet services on campus. This research mainly uses Free software, we used OpenLDAP to integrate the authentication system on the commonly used service: Linux account, Samba account and OpenWebmail account. We also developed AIM (Authentication Integration Manager) for administrators and Self-help Service interface for users, to synchronize the authentication information among Openldap, AD and MySQL. Apart from this, we also translated LAM (LDAP Account Manager) into Traditional Chinese, which resolve the problems of account management. This research will help us to build up the steps for campus information technology and reinforce campus information security.
