Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 中國語文學系碩士班 === 95 === This research was aimed at realizing learning satisfaction of Taiwanese Teaching for elementary school students in Pingtung County. It discussed about the degree of learning satisfaction of Taiwanese Teaching and approaches for improving. Further more, it provided some suggestions for the related organizations to practice Taiwanese Teaching. The research method is survey. The self-edited Learning Satisfaction of Taiwanese Teaching questionnaire was served as the tool. There are 868 effective samples in total. First, all of the data was encoded. And then, it applied the analysis software SPSS 11.0 vision to conduct the data census. Besides, it utilized descriptive statistics, T-test and Chi-Square Test to conduct data analysis. The followings are the conclusions: 1. For elementary school students in Pingtung County, learning effectiveness was ranked the highest among learning satisfaction of Taiwanese Teaching. According to the order, the following items were school facilities, teacher’s teaching, people skills, the content of curriculum and administrative assistance. 2. On the whole, there was no distinguishable difference among students of opposite sex, students from different schools and teachers of opposite sex with regard to Taiwanese Teaching. Likewise, there was no difference between individual levels. 3. The different learning stages played important roles in Taiwanese Teaching. To be more specific, the five influential factors are the content of curriculum, administrative assistance, school facilities, people skills and learning effectiveness. 4. For teaching, the necessary improvement was “Teachers should be friendly and kind wearing smiles on their face.” For administrative assistance, the greatest need was to provide students with excellent programs in Taiwanese. 5. In terms of improving teaching, there was significant difference among students of opposite sex, students of different learning stages and different school locations in learning satisfaction of Taiwanese Teaching. 6. In terms of improving administrative assistance, there was no significant difference except students of opposite sex. The conclusions of the research were done with the help of reference and survey.Besides, it provided some suggestions for educational administrative departments, schools, teachers and it acted as the reference for the future research.
