Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers and staff’s innovation and technology acceptance (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes toward using and intentions)with different background (gender, age, level of education, and campus) in National PingTung University of Education. The subjects in this study involved 66 teachers , 45 staffs, and other 17 being both teacher and staff. We performed with 212 questionnaires, and 128 valid feedbacks were received, which reaches 60.37% return rate. The data is analyzed in various statistical methods including standard deviation, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings of the study are as follows: 1.For teachers, the gender and the age have significant difference to the innovation and technology acceptance, but the different campus only have significant difference to the innovation, perceived usefulness and attitudes toward using. 2.For staffs, the gender has significant difference to perceived ease of use, and the age have significant difference to perceived usefulness. 3.For both the teachers and staffs, the gender has significant difference to the innovation and technology acceptance. 4.For all the teachers and staffs, the level of education has significant difference to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 5.The obvious forward direction influence that perceived usefulness, innovation and adoption attitude adopts their will, and perceived usefulness also influence the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use that use the all obvious forward direction influence adoption attitude toward using. 林志隆 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
