| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 95 === This study develops three integrated inventory model for minimizing the total joint annual costs incurred by the vendor and the buyer. The objective is to investigate the effects of learning on the integrated inventory models and to determine the optimal inventory policies. Firstly, we construct a basic model while the learning effects of production time are considered in the integrated production-inventory system. Then, we extend the basic model to the cases that imperfect production processes are considered. It is assumed that each production lot contains some defective items, and all of the defective items can be reworked. The effect of learning on the rework time is also considered in this model. Finally, a three-echelon integrated production-inventory system is considered in this study. The learning effect of production time is also examined in this model. In order to illustrate some of features of the proposed models, numerical examples are presented. Also, sensitivity analyses are included.
