Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 工業管理系所 === 95 === The weapon system of AIR FORCE is equipped to keep the function normally operated, the main critical factors are maintenance concept, maintenance way, and spare parts inventory supply. To maintain equipment at high level availability, the most important aspects for spare part should be supplied in right time, right quality, right quantity, and right place. How to solve the steady supply problem for stock and to establish the suitable stock policy are those we should and the directions of important efforts we should make. This research adopts Arena simulation software to simulate and analysis with systematic way. The proposed multi-echelon supply chain inventory model combines the (s,Q) inventory model and supply chain reactions occurred at different echelon. This proposed model use the simulation method analysis and construct the weapon system’s inventory policy by adjusting reorder point and ordering size. After adjusting reorder point, we can reach the best results in fill rate for O/L, service level for I/L, and stockout cost and total cost of entire system. The model developed can provide as an important criterion for the AIR FORCE when carrying out inventory policy.
