Nevertheless, in this era of information explosion and openness, it is necessary for us to examine military leadership through new perspectives as paternalistic leadership. The questionnaires distributed for the present include 507 copies. Each questionnaire included Form A and Form B. Form A including OCB was answered by supervisor to comment the organizational citizenship behaviors of staffs. Form B was answered by employee for them to comment the influence of paternalistic leadership for organizational citizenship behaviors. There are 36 units in the shop. The questionnaires are retrieved 543 copies, and retrieved rate is 100%. There are 507 copies of valid questionnaires retrieved, and valid questionnaires rate is 100%. According to the analysis of all valid questionnaires by SPSS, the empirical results supported the all following hypotheses. Through sampling from the military industry logistics unit, empirical results show that organizational support and empathy have positive effects on paternalistic leadership (benevolence, moral, authoritarianism). The present study also finds the organizational citizenship behaviors. Based on the results there are some implications and suggestions will be offered for practices and military leadership field.
