Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農企業管理系所 === 95 === Along with the factors of economic prosperity, medical improvements, upgraded welfare and extension of life span, the society of Taiwan is facing a swift change of aging for the past years. These, in result, have brought about new requirements and problems. Based on " Questionnaire Method ", the goal of this study aims at collecting and analyzing related data of " The Senior Citizen " for their profiles as well as their cognition and needs toward the experience of health preservation in a leisure farm. All above are carried out by statistics in order to realize the variation and correlation in between. The study concluded that: 1.Walk-taking and travel are ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively on the recreation activities for those interviewed. As for " The Senior Citizen ", walk-taking is an ideal sport to keep them healthy, hence, travel provides proper ongoing connection with society to prevent them from alienation. These two are very helpful for keeping them healthy. 2.Half of them ( 51% ) are highly interested in those leisure farms stressing " health preservation ". Therefore, owners of farm should take into account the value of "health preservation ". 3.Little demand and preference for organic diet, nutraceutical and herbal remendy of " The Senior Citizen " indicates that farms need not to over emphasize the above value to avoid any defects may bring with. 4.Interviewees in general also show great interest and demand in items of "Field Sightseeing".This suggests less man-made exploitations and devices should be made to provide more natural and pretty views in order to build up friendly atmosphere good for their health and spirit. 5.Due to various backgrounds for those " The Senior Citizen ", differential strategies and plannings should be taken along with right postioning and segmentation strategies by farm owners to meet any kind of requirement to those with different cognition and needs.
