The main purpose of the research is to realize the B&B proprietors go into the B&B (think factor, information source, the participate member, accommodation expend and so on) and analysis the effect of the environment condition, nature ecological, culture assets in the B&B. At present, through to the B&B, use the tourism marketing strategies to realize all of the related in the environment conditions, facility, secure, service and so forth. Providing the manage direction to the B&B proprietors, and give the reference basis to the B&B market development. The research find, due to there is different basic in the tourism resource; as a result, the resource of management model is difference in the intention. At the same time, the B&B manage intention is focus on assets center, and the research conclusion also find the B&B to train especially skills and to use marketing strategies are the success factor to manage the B&B. Finally, to be aimed at Sixty Stone Mountain assets characters plan suggest consumer for position production, promotion, pricing strategies and also for the B&B market. According to the result of the research, to provide the proprietors, researcher and related organization as reference. This research of achievement conclusion asfollowings: 1. The proprietors should change the management way positive, including add activities, substantial accommodation facilities and provide travel information, to win visitors for identification. 2. The proprietors should cooperate instead cut pricing competitive and make different reasonable price according to visitors’ characters. 3. Combining the source character, enhance electric, paper media marketing, use marketing and web. 4. Using variety of area resource and develop the new experience. 5. Developing peripherals goods to rise manage income. 6. The government should improve public facility positive and practice license system to provide safe traveling environment.
