| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 高階經營碩士班 === 95 === 『Valve』is the important equipment of controlling fluid subject and fluid amount. The application is wide open – from the simplest tap water conduction、 mechanical application、 hydrodynamic、 petrochemical and high-tech semiconductor industry application etc.。Therefore,『Valve』is acting a very important feature on both application of people’s livelihood and industries.
Taiwan’s valve industries started 50’s， along with the rapid growth of nation’s industries and demand of international markets in 70’s，through the advantage of cheap human labor into the export trade market. Lately, the intense competition of international market, in addition of rising protectionism and the mark-down of China’s products, is already strongly influence the export market of Taiwan’s valve products.
Therefore, by means of suitable competition theory, we select four major issues as study topics. This study aims to find out the competitive advantage and strategy tools, in order to contribute to Taiwan valve industries.
