Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 中西醫結合護理研究所 === 96 === To evaluate the effects of far-infrared ray on meridian in hemodialysis patients. A convenient quasi-experimental design was conducted in Taipei. A total of 61 hemodialysis patients was recruited from the hemodialysis center. meridian testing and Brief Fatigue Inventory-Taiwan Form (BFI-T) were used as a screening test for hemodialysis. The experimental group (n=36) received far-infrareds ray (FIR), whereas the control group (n=25) received no intervention. Participants on each of the acupoint for 30 minutes were repeated three times per week over a period of 2 months. The outcome measures included meridian equipment, the level of Hemoglobin (Hb), Albumin, BUN, Creatinine and BFI-T .Ryodoraku value revealed that the experimental group significantly increased left small intestine meridian, left large intestinal meridian and yin-yang ratio (p<.050*). Overall meridians in the experimental group significantly improved more than the control group. The results of the experimental group showed a significantly difference, the treatment of FIR on Qihai, Guanyuan, Zhongji and Tianshu are effective. Based on our finding. We think the FIR can regulate the Qi of the kidney.
