The learning performance contained the academic performance and the learning interest. In the academic performance, data were gathered and analyzed through the visual analysis method. In order to evaluate the progress and stability of each subject, the percentages of the three subjects’ correct responses to the questions on mathematics learning tests were fully recorded and tested by simplified time-series analysis (i.e. statistics C). In the learning interest, the questionnaire of learning interest was used to evaluate the changes of the subjects’ interests towards mathematics before and after the experiment period. Furthermore, the learning interest observing scale and mathematics journal writing were used to assess the behavior of learning interest. Three tentative conclusions were reached based on the results of the research: 1.For the under-achievement students, creative play teaching could enhance the significantly immediate effects in the academic performance. As chapter1、2、3 for examples, the academic performance of the under-achievement students had advanced 53.1%、74.8% and 62.2% at intervention phase on the average. 2.Creative play teaching also helped in maintaining the skills of the under-achievement students in the academic performance. As chapter1、2、3 for examples, the academic performance of the under-achievement students had advanced 60.3%、74.0% and 62.2% at maintaining phase on the average. 3.Creative play teaching effectively improved the learning interests of the under-achievement students. (1)As chapter1、2、3 for examples, the under-achievement students had got higher grades at later test than the previous test on mathematical interests test.(2)As chapter1、2、3 for examples, the under-achievement students had got moer than 84.1% at the level「always」on the observation of the learning interests.(3)the under-achievement students had expressed they would like the method of creative play teaching in class on the weekly mathematical learning record. Finally, according to the results and conclusions, some suggestions for pedagogical application and future research were proposed. Key words:mathematics under-achievement, creative teaching, play teaching, creative play teaching, learning performance HOU,ZHEN-JANG 侯禎塘 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 194 zh-TW
