This study adopted the document analysis, seminar consultation and content analysis as the research methods. The categories of content analysis were built from the document analysis; ten elemetary teacher as evaluators, offering the concrete and precise opinions to the various features of samples. The findings as following: 1. the feature of publication: the books were issued as the collection and the amount was few. All of the three books neglected the auther brief and the suitable reader level. In addtion, the revision issues were also the concerns; 2. the physical features: most of them presented more famous legend and remark. The page-amount and proportion of the words and pictures differed a lot. The jury recognized the presentative means of ‘character-size’, ‘word-distance’, ‘line-distance’, ‘book-size’, ‘open means’ and ‘binding means’. However, the paper weight was a deficiency and it was to be improved; 3. the feature of content: each book adopted ‘legend’ as the reference of edition. The editor’s introduction reflected the direction of the edition. The specific nouns of the scientist inventions were diverse. The evaluation consequence was that the books presented the appropriateness of ‘coherence’, ‘design’, ‘arrangement and paragraphing’, ‘phonetic notation and punctuation’, etc.; 4. the feature of utilization: all books were with the ability to be read and to be realized; 5. the historical features: the inconsistence of the names of the persons and books resulted in the difficulty in identifing and comparing. The incidents unwritten in history pertained to the details in falimy life of the scientist, hard to investigate. Some omitted the affectional life. In addtion, the description matched the history mostly, but the untrue description was to be improved, especially the famous legend that was untrue (e.g. Torri di Pisa test) was in need of the classification. The findings were collected and concluded to suggest the recommondations as the reference to the relevant book edtiors, publihsers and the further studies. 許良榮 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 140 zh-TW |

The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of the domestic current ‘scientist stories’, using Galileo Galilei as example. This study adopted the document analysis, seminar consultation and content analysis as the research methods. The categories of content analysis were built from the document analysis; ten elemetary teacher as evaluators, offering the concrete and precise opinions to the various features of samples. The findings as following:
1. the feature of publication: the books were issued as the collection and the amount was few. All of the three books neglected the auther brief and the suitable reader level. In addtion, the revision issues were also the concerns;
2. the physical features: most of them presented more famous legend and remark. The page-amount and proportion of the words and pictures differed a lot. The jury recognized the presentative means of ‘character-size’, ‘word-distance’, ‘line-distance’, ‘book-size’, ‘open means’ and ‘binding means’. However, the paper weight was a deficiency and it was to be improved;
3. the feature of content: each book adopted ‘legend’ as the reference of edition. The editor’s introduction reflected the direction of the edition. The specific nouns of the scientist inventions were diverse. The evaluation consequence was that the books presented the appropriateness of ‘coherence’, ‘design’, ‘arrangement and paragraphing’, ‘phonetic notation and punctuation’, etc.;
4. the feature of utilization: all books were with the ability to be read and to be realized;
5. the historical features: the inconsistence of the names of the persons and books resulted in the difficulty in identifing and comparing.
