It treats whether the different background variety is the influential fact of the study, and the relationship between child’s human right knowledge and attitude as well. The researcher focuses on the public elementary school 5 and 6 grade pupils in Kaohsiung County as the research object. The study tool is used with the self-designed questionnaire to study the higher grade elementary school pupils’ human right knowledge and attitude in Kaohsiung County. The method of frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, one-way ANDVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation are applied to analyze the data. The research results are as follows: 1. The percentage is 73.8% that school is the main channel in the obtainment of child’s human right knowledge of the higher grade elementary school pupils in Kaohsiung County. 2. The average right answer of child’s human right knowledge test for the higher grade elementary school pupils in Kaohsiung County is 73%. It presents that the pupils are in the middle and upper degree; and the average score of human right attitude scale is 4.21 points that assumes their positive and aggressive human right attitude. 3. “School site”, “grade”, “gender”, ”class cadre experience”, “news-watching frequency”, “net-surfing frequency”, and “type of the family care” –all of these present the obvious variety on child’s human right knowledge for the higher grade elementary school pupils in Kaohsiung County. 4. “School site”, “gender”, ”class cadre experience”, and “news-watching frequency” present the obvious variety on child’s human right attitude for the higher grade elementary school pupils in Kaohsiung County, but “grade”, “net-surfing frequency”, and “type of the family care” are not. 5. The relationship between the child’s human right knowledge and attitude of the higher grade elementary school pupils in Kaohsiung County present highly positive correlation. According to the research discoveries, there are some suggestions for the present human right education in Kaohsiung County. (1). School should create a circumstance with human right respect. (2). Human right educational curriculum plan should be full of lifestyle and diversification. (3). Advance teacher’s human right equipment. (4). Advance parents’ human right concept by parent and child education. (5). Increase the real human right experience activity. (6).
