碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 95 === The technical development and business application of RFID have already become a whiff of global upsurge. RFID not only replaces the information of bar code which is used at present, but also brings greater economic benefits because it is renewable and heavy in capacity to store data in reading. RFID also has features like non-contact-type and materials of good security characteristic. This study probed into the correlations of RFID which is applied to the campus smart card, the customer relationship management and the customers’ value. In this study, students of different universities and colleges were randomly chosen to do the questionnaire. The findings of this study are : 1. Customers’ satisfaction and loyalty can be improved as RFID is applied to the campus smart card ; 2. Efficiency is the most important factor of customers’ value for customers when RFID was led in the campus smart card; 3. The improvement of the efficiency of customers’ value would lead positive influences on customer relationship management. In addition, the students of Technology are easier to accept the technology of RFID to apply to the campus smart card than the students of any other institutes.
