The main purposes are as the following: 1.To investigate the current situation of school vision management and teachers’organizational commitment in elementary schools of Penghu County. 2.To realize the differences between teaching staff of different demographic variables on school vision management and teachers’ organizational commitment in elementary schools of Penghu County. 3.To explore the relations on school vision management and teachers’organizational commitment in elementary schools of Penghu County. 4.To analyze the prediction power of vision management on teachers’organizational commitment in elementary schools of Penghu County. 5.According to the result, suggestions are provided for the education administrative authorities, staff in elementary schools and researchers in the future. In order to achieve the purposes above, the survey had methodologically adopted questionnaire survey. By way of stratified cluster sampling, 253samples were available. From the teachers and principals in public elementary schools of Penghu County. The survey was adopted the instruments included“The elementary school vision management scale”, and “The elementary school teachers’ behavior scale”. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlations and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results were summarized as follows: 1.School vision management was perceived as approximately good by staff in elementary schools of Penghu County, especially vision building stage. 2.Teachers’organizational commitment performed by staff in elementary schools of Penghu County was approximately good, especially the effort commitment. 3.The small-sized elementary school staff’s perception of school vision management was deeper than medium-sized one’s, but no significant difference between different gender, duty, seniority, education level, birthplace, and the location of school. 4.Teachers’organizational commitment performed by elementary school staff of seniority of 6 to 10 years and above26 years was higher than that of seniority of 1 to 5 years, meanwhile, teachers’ organizational commitment in the large-sized elementary school was lower than that in the medium-sized elementary school, but no significant difference between different gender, duty, education level, birthplace, and the location of school. 5.The deeper elementary school staff’s perception of school vision management was, the higher elementary school teachers’organizational commitment was. 6.The vision implementing stage can predict teachers’ organizational commitment effectively. Based on the purposes and conclusions above, researcher tried to offer some suggestions to the education administrative authorities, staff in elementary schools of Penghu County and researchers in the future.
