In quality cosmetology branch graduate achievement exhibition teaching achievement, the human resources utilization and unfolds develops the pattern to conduct the research. Mainly participates in the different role from the author which in entire active execution acts separately, the development question and carries on initially searches: First, the discussion cosmetology branch is student's technique and the esthetic sense study achievement, Second, the discussion cosmetology branch is the achievement publication implementation human resources construction, Third, the discussion subject with unfolds develops the artistic performance which in the form presents. Finally, Above and synthesizes, regarding plans the execution the work, proposes the self-criticism and the improvement policy,and draws up a tentative plan the concrete observation and the development suggestion includes: First, cosmetology branch technique study part: In achieves on the student studies the goal and under the core ability correlation knowledge skill, reorganizes to the cosmetology education technique study. And auxiliary by esthetic sense education elaboration, joins the student to study actually faces the educational system and the card according to the test two big leading factor, inspect the achievement publication unfolds study achievement, the student in the study ecology which study faces, proposes the view. Second, artistic and human resources part: In the research attempts by the human resources management content,performs the systematized reorganization the quality cosmetology branch graduation achievement publication work. Inspect its actual utilization is moving the observation and the self-criticism which the personnel trains. Third, unfolds develops the achievement performance part: Take the museum as the example,the discussion demonstrates question of the spatial annotation.
