Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 教育政策與行政研究所 === 95 === The objectives of this research are: first, to understand development background of six sigma, six sigma strategy and key elements to success in six sigma; second, to explore the contents of the office of general affairs of junior high schools; third, to survey opinions of principals and the general affairs administrative people; finally, to provide suggestions for educational authorities and schools. The methods adopted for the research was questionnaire survey. Based on the results drawn from the literature review, a questionnaire named “The questionnaire for current operating status of the office of general affairs in junior high schools in Taipei” was developed. Questionnaires were delivered to principals and the general affairs administrative people of 59 public junior high schools in Taipei.285 of the 454 questionnaires sent out were effective. The conclusions derived from the literature review and the questionnaire survey are as follows: 1.leading tactics,culture tactics,special project tactics and DMAIC of six sigma were admitted by principals and the general affairs administrative personnel of public junior high schools in Taipei , as well as accord with present situation mostly as a whole. 2. There is difference of showing to agree to the degree and implement the present situation in six sigma as a whole. 3. When principals and the general affairs administrative personnel of public junior high schools use six sigma, the height the most of feasibility one is the cultural tactics and define of six sigma . 4. When principals and the general affairs administrative people of public junior high schools use six sigma, the lower the most of feasibility one is the leading l tactics and improve of six sigma. 5. The general affairs administrative personnel with higher , deeper in age and service more seniority position indicated the higher feasibility of six sigma in general affairs administration. 6.school scale will not influence the feasibility of six sigma in general affairs administration of junior high schools. 7. public junior high schools in Taipei have already possessed key conditions to success in six sigma.
