Athletes may change the way they think about the sport while they engage different people, at different locations, and self develop during aging stages of their lives. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine if there is a special influence existent amid female teachers who participated in table tennis team in college. The study is to determine how they interact with this game experience after they graduated from college. And the study is to include their sporting enthusiasm incessant growth or change through their career development. Seven female teachers were chosen to be the purposeful sampling in this study. They share the same common characters as they were all studying in the teacher preparation program and they were all amateur athletes who like to play table tennis. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with participants. Participants were asked to recall and contribute their table tennis sporting partaking. This study compiles the collected data by its coding and analyzed it by its classifications. The findings reveal the following aspects: seven target samples were amateur athletes in college; table tennis played an important position in their lives; and competition is important to athletics. This sport participation generated a deep impression to these participants and it also influenced their emotions enough to provide a personal special meaning. In addition, participation provides a satisfactory status to participants because they accomplishments. The study shows female teachers do undergo a training fatigue and carry stress during the games. However, after these female teachers graduated from the college, their roles and their life environments change. This change creates a transforming drive which these female teachers tainted the way they use to participate within the sport. These female teachers seek to compromise with the outside environment while seeking adjustment to keep balance. During the transforming process, the continuously motility on the female teachers sport participation is evident. Furthermore, the teaching specialization environment also enables female teachers sport participants an opportunity to role play as a coach. They may use their sport experience to teach their students and have the special sport experience extended to the other levels. It follows then the experience can duplicate and magnify personal evolution in the future. The examiner clearly saw the roles of these female teachers. With the complicated connection in teaching and the specialty of table tennis sport, it should be realized that these female teacher participants have a strong influence with sports. With table tennis sport as a model, it shows us a deep impression on required participation, a process of transformation, and the development of motility and acquired experienced to share in the ever changing environment during life.
