Different level decides one’s salary of his next year and it makes much effect in many other aspects. This affects teacher’s morale a lots. “Grievance System ” offers a teacher chances to defend for his right. This study tried to analysis a teacher’s grievance to approach the law of evaluation of teacher’s accountability and the procedure of grievance. The inspirations are as following: 1. Campus should keep in harmony. 2. Grievance process shouldn’t last too long. 3. Authorities should solve problem as soon as possible. 4. The standard of evaluation should be as clear as possible. 5. The evidences should be collected by objective way. 6. It’s unreasonable to ask the original authority to re-evaluate. The suggestions are as following: 1. About administration: (1) The law should be made more clear. (2) We should make the standard more objective. (3) Offer more subjects about law in College. (4) Make the time shorter. (5) Add the chances for appealing. (6) Let Teachers’ Group to negotiate for teachers. (7) Let the lawyer take the responsibility for teachers. (8) School should offer the client related data. 2. About school: (1) Make the campus more harmony. (2)Exclude abnormal groups. (3) Administrators could lower their attitude. (4) Improve communicative abilities. (5) Held more workshops about laws. (6) Held more workshops about EQ and professional subjects. 3. About principal: (1) Leadership should be Harmonious. (2) Administrative type should be Lawful. (3) Attitude should be Fairy. 4. About teacher: (1) Increase knowledge of law. (2) Absorb new information. (3) Pay attention to documents for office. (4) Keep in touch with Teacher’s Associations. (5) Work enthusiastically. (6) Broaden one’s visions.
