| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 犯罪學研究所 === 95 === The affectional murder cases happened, however profound researches on this issue are very few. This research address in-depth interview in affectional murder perpetrators through qualitative research, in order to investigate the perpetrator’s experience, thus understand everything involved in his life progress, and what influence left deep in his heart. At the same time, we see the relationship between perpetrator and victim as the beginning, and further observe cause, trick, psychological path and the relevant scenario. This research address purposive sampling, to pick up three perpetrators in the jail who killed their girl friend for interviewing purpose, and support with the formal official criminal record, to totally understand the affectional murder.
This research is based on the theory of violence and killing behavior in intimate relationships; after arranging the official data and result we got from the interview, here are our research outcomes:
1.Insufficient social control makes the individual easily fall into the chaos and complicated living environment.
2.There are complex and emotional relationships between perpetrator and victim, the broke-up became the fuse of the final event, and the perpetrator can’t bear their girl friend’s betrayal and departure.
3.Personality and psychosis made certain impact on, for instance, the strong possessiveness desire and jealousy, anxious/ambivalent style of attachment, cause the individual got to stuff himself into his own dead-end street.
4.There’s always strong Chauvinism underlying the loving affair murder.
5.The motivation of the perpetrator to kill his girl friend is, to get back the advantage status in their relationship.
6.The transformation of his psychological status and arising of the anger emotion, make the stress accumulated in his heart translate into strong destructive power, it can be the main reason of the murder.
7.Most of the behavior types are violent attack, when they killed their girl friend.
8.The perpetrator’s killing progresses are as follow: (1) the happening of the stimulus; (2) the production of the pressure in heart; (3) The serene before the tempest; (4) the relationship went depravation and can’t reform; (5) start to feel chaos psychological state and the negative emotion emerging; (6) confliction and violence happens; (7) the regrets and depression after.
Based on this, this research brought out several suggestions as follow:
1.We should lay more stress on the affectional murder issue, at the same time, being a defending strategy preventing from family violence, and marriage violence.
2.Make the gender equality concept deep in the education, to avoid the ambiguous concept to pass over.
3.We should establish the correct concept of love in childhood, to prevent the deviated thoughts and behavior incurred by the undesirable relationship.
4.Establish an in time supporting and consideration system network, in order to support the necessary assistance in the key timing.
5.Improve the skills in dealing with the clash within the intimate relationship, avoid the confliction and misunderstanding went deeper.
6.Elevate the relevant medical treatment system of psychosis to ease the burden and influence on the individual.
