Furthermore, we explore the impact of private school transformational leadership, teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors on school effectiveness and the intervening effects of teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors.
Collected data from 318 teachers in Taipei private senior high school (from 13 schools), this study conducts mediating effect analysis by SPSS and LISREL. The empirical results of this study indicate that transformational leadership practices contribute school effectiveness through the mediating effects of teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors.
