These inspections are essential part of administrative law. In hope that an administrative investigation can conform to the principles of rule of law and protection individuals rights, this paper aims at structuring the legal system of collecting information. First to ascertain the concept of administrative investigation, and then by adopting the methodology of comparative law, this study observes and learns from cases related to the privilege against self-incrimination applied in administrative procedure.
