However most chain stores build up of chaining enterprise's business is still relying on the traditional experimentalism, or following up the steps with their business partner blindly, so far there are still very seldom cases to assess their chain store buildup by scientific research.
Taiwan's computer education training industry discusses which by this research is an example, a chain store sets up include of soft and hardware, costs about NTD$ 5 millions. And the business achievement difference will up to more than 100 millions NTD$ annually, so it is able to create very spectacular value if the finer accurate assessment model is available pre-actively to the chain store set up.
In the meantime to highlight the importance of chain store construction model to the chaining business, the chaining enterprise supposed to develop more effective assessment model with time for set up chain store in order to promote enterprise itself in the competitive strength and profit in the keen competition industry. This research is trying to take advantage of statistical idea to engage in the chain store construction model study for the chaining computer education training industry in Taiwan. The goal of this research summarized as below for 3 emphases.
1) Assessment model establishment - to assess the effective model set up for the computer education training chaining enterprise.
2) Study variable factors which affect the chaining sore set up model to find the key factor of success.
3) Study the reactive consequence between the variable factors and the area unit performance of the sales point in order to propose strategy proposal.
Expect to obtain definitive and demonstrative result by above thoroughly research goal to help to propose higher performance model for reference to the chaining Computer training business operation in Taiwan when work out for constructing a sales point and to effectively raise business competitive strength and profits.
This research is intended to pursue a more precise assess model for the chaining enterprise business to set up their chaining store (sales point) by taking Computer education training industry in Taiwan as the example. It tries to propose the research direction in this graduate school by using the ANOVA pattern of the multivariable statistical analysis method, (in another precise word, it is multi-factor variance analysis, Multi-Way ANOVA). In the same time, this research collected the representative real data in this industry for researching and analysis, looking forward to get explicit conclusion finally. In addition to provide an effective reference to Computer training industry in Taiwan for the assessment of set up their chaining store, also it is able to help to provide a more valuable scientific reference direction to all the Chaining business enterprises to develop their chaining store construction model .
