Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 9 weeks Somatic Movement Education (SME) on body-mind condition for grade 7-12 Judo players of Taidung J high School. They were 52 players assigned randomly into test group (n=26) and control group (n=26). The SME course was intervened before and after the regular judo training of the test group while the control group was training without any interventions. Participants were asked to complete RESTQ-Sport and ABQ during the study which was tested utilizing two-way ANOVA (P>.05). Besides, the researcher investigated the effects of SME on body-mind condition and amended the SME course through the collected qualitative date: videos, photos, the researcher’s daily records, students’ study records, students’ feedback forms, students’ interview record, body-mind experiences in judo training forms and the suggestions from the observers. The results of this study were as following: 1. The study had designed a SME course for Judo players as a referral for all sports coaches, physical teachers and researches. The course includes body mapping, fascial movement exploration, and somatic games. 2. After the examine, test group maintained the perceptive frequency of ‘self adjustability’, and raised on ‘mental relaxation’ and ‘success’. Also the SME course had positive effects on ‘body perception’ and ‘emotion perception’. 3. After the examine, test group’s perceptive frequency of ‘body discomfort’ improved remarkably because of the SME course made the students pay more attention on their body condition. In the perceptive frequency of ‘lack of energy’, control group raised remarkably higher than test group. 4. In quantitative resolve, test group didn’t improve in ‘burnout’ test. But students obtained recuperation in body tiredness, and showed more positive minds and feelings about their training. 5. The SME course can improve ‘movement usage and movement ability ’,‘ self-adjust consciousnesses’, and ‘body attitude’.
