As a world citizen, everyone is required to cultivate their ability to cope with their future life. Thus, under the demand of the new century and the tendency of international education, every nation has spared no effort and invested a huge amount of resources to execute education reforms, in hope of making the next generation capable of navigating the world development and having international competitiveness. To comply with the global movement of education reforms, our government has also initiated a large-scale curriculum reform. Under this reform, the “life curriculum” integrated with the curricula in society, art and humanities, and science and life technology domains for low-grade (first- and second-grade) elementary school students was targeted at “children” and centered on “life” in curriculum design. It was expected that school children could be able to establish relationships with the outside world and build up the foundation of independence. As this is a brand new combination, and no antecedent can be referred to, many low-grade class teachers have encountered difficulties in implementing the life curriculum. Through the action research method, this study attempted to apply creative problem solving method to the life curriculum for low-grade students and investigate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the application in the teaching process. Finally, a teaching model applicable for the life curriculum was constructed as a reference for low-grade class teachers. Ho chun-Ching 何俊青 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 235 zh-TW
