If there are no other particular regulations, the duties of policemen almost cover all of the content of government’s administrations. Duties of police not only include keeping the peace and traffic control but cover mass disputes, couple’s arguments, family violence, disasters’ handling and emergency rescue which depend on their interaction. Heavy responsibilities have been deeply influenced to most of the primary policemen’s health of mind and body. The study is an essential research that aims and takes deeply visiting at clerks of each different property in this precinct. Results of the study showing the reasons which cause working stress include as follows: the competitive system of achievements, influence of lobbies, admirations of peers, lack of families’ supports, inconstant of duties, nonprofessional tasks, unfair encouragements or punishments, unequal duties, rare opportunities of promotion and shortage of law sense. The reasons of working stress are seriously effect primary policemen’s health of body and mind. To solve the problems, stress managements must be used. Working contents of policemen are different from other officers. The working stress is greater then other’s as well. If policemen can not release the working stress well, they must confront their work hardly and almost loose their healthy. If primary policemen can know their situation well, it would be help to accomplish their missions or duties. This paper gives policemen some advices for inner organization and stress reducing. We think the study can help primary policemen to solve their working stress.
