Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 區域政策與發展研究所 === 95 === Educational Partnership between Museum and Elementary School –Taking the Beinan Culture Park of National Museum of Prehistory as Case Study Peng Ming-Hua Abstract The objectives of this study are to explore the educational achievements of interaction and cooperation derived from the educational partnership between museum and school, to find out the problems encountered and related limiting factors and directional strategy. The data collection is based on interview, paper review and analysis and SWOT strategy analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The evaluations of the educational achievements of the cooperation between museum and school are based on the arrangement and teaching and learning before the activity; the status of learning during the activity; the review, evaluation and the progress and feeding back by the participants after the activity. During the process of the educational partnership between museum and school, the problems encountered by both sides and the limiting factors, can be evaluated from the view-points of the school and museum, and the view-points of the teachers on whether or not to conduct such educational cooperation, and what are their considering factors. The direction and strategy of the cooperation between museum and school can be evaluated from 3 different aspects – school, museum, and educational authority. The strategies are: to create confidence and cooperation relationship psychologically through close communication and interaction; then on conceptual aspect, to establish understanding through communication and discussion; on the organizational and interactive relationship, to create an organic and developmental relationship; through stepwise development and long-term efforts, to fulfill general approach teaching and learning, case study and to establish a strategic alliance organization among primary schools. The cooperation projects on practical aspect can be initialed by the following steps: 1. to design common educational program and lecture; 2. mobile museum; 3. education workshop; 4. service to school; 5. lend and lease of educational material; 6. the training of young interpreters. Finally, to make a comprehensive description of the research results, from which, we can make conclusions and suggestions, which would be very useful information to Beinan Culture Park and educational cooperation of the schools.
