碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 區域政策與發展研究所 === 95 === Years ago, the case of the policeman was attacked and taken his rifle by the gangster in San-Zhan police station at Hualien county, revealed the problem of security in police station at remote districts which is irrelevancy located in our country since Japanese colonize period ; moreover, the number of policemen in those places is decreasing year by year, and also the migrate population of the those places is very serious which imply that how to make use of the limited police forces properly become important. therefore, many domestic police organization continually put the combination of police substation into practice, to re-estimate and reconstruct the spatial organization of the police station in the remote districts. But we also have to think highly of the reaction and impression by local resident and the policemen. This research is based on discussing the spatial organization theory, public facilities, the site of the police substation, and the problems deeply concerned by the practical aspects, use as ‘equity’, ’efficiency’ and ‘safety’ to be the measure formative. According to the point of view with policy planning ,policy execution and the impression by local resident, to execute the interview with chosen object, and to understand their opinion and image, so as to analyze the necessity, appropriateness and feasibility of restructuring the spatial organization of the police station.
