However, the acknowledgement and attitude of the users would affect the perception of the SIMLES and this research will try to identify the variables that affect the perception and acceptance of users. This research had distributed questionnaire to Testing and Evaluation Center, Opposition Force Training Unit and the officers, non-commissioned officers and the enlist men who received training with SIMLES. The questionnaire encompasses the variables such as the characteristics of the SIMLES, background and credentials of the users and users’ acceptance and attitudes toward the system. The results were measured and evaluated with Likert 5 and analyzed with both Technology Acceptance Model and Pearson Analysis. Also, Multiple Regression was done to study the relationship between the variables and hence to study the attitudes toward the system. This research can be referenced to diminish the resistance of employing this system and eliminate the negative impact during the process of employment. In addition, the research can be referenced for future purchase and development of the system so as to improve the training efficiency and combat readiness of the R.O.C. Army. 吳玲玲 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW |
