Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學研究所 === 95 === This research intends to establish the best heat treatment process of the anti-roll bar. Its material is the SUP9 spring steels. The experimental technique is to analyze the present microstructure and degree of hardness of the anti-roll bar first. According to the analyzed consequence and the influence of different heat treatment parameters regarding the anti-roll bar, this research try to establish the best heat treatment process of the anti-roll bar. Finally, according to the results of durability test, the feasibility and dependability of the best heat treatment process conditions are conformed. The goal of this research lies in the establishment of the best heat treatment process conditions, obtaining the fine degree of hardness and the durability of the anti-roll bar. The best heat treatment conditions of this research are as follows: (a) For the anti-roll bar of diameter 17 mm, the lowest quenching temperature is 800 ℃, and therefore heating temperature must be above 1040 ℃. If the degree of hardness value needs above 400Hv, then the tempering temperature must be below 450 ℃. If the degree of hardness value needs above 350Hv, then the tempering temperature must be below 500 ℃. (b) For the anti-roll bar of diameter 22 mm, the lowest quenching temperature is 800 ℃, and therefore heating temperature must be above 1015 ℃. If the degree of hardness value needs above 400Hv, then the tempering temperature must be below 450 ℃. If the degree of hardness value needs above 350Hv, then the tempering temperature must be below 500 ℃. (c) For the anti-roll bar of diameter 30 mm, the lowest quenching temperature is 850 ℃, and therefore heating temperature must be above 1055 ℃. If the degree of hardness value needs above 400Hv, then the tempering temperature must be below 420 ℃. If the degree of hardness value needs above 350Hv, then the tempering temperature must be below 480 ℃.
