Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 多媒體動畫藝術學系碩士班 === 95 === In the long time, Taiwan animation film industry plays a good OEM role for European and American countries and hasn’t completely making its own cultural Chinese animation film. However, Taiwan animation film industry is encountering the mainstream Hollywood animation film, the rising South Korean and mainland China who are strongly supported by their government. Under this country-based competition, Taiwan animation film industry has to rethink its international competitive advantage and come out its own competitive strategy.
These goals of the thesis are to discuss the difficult issues which the Taiwan animation film industry faces, find out the solution of them and provide the suggestion and the reference for the authority and the animation correlative entrepreneurs. This thesis uses the literature survey, Diamond System and Blue Ocean Strategy to analyze the international competitive advantage of the future Taiwan animation film industry. The final solutions are a culture-based country, the open-minded creative environment, small and the beautiful animation company, as well as OEM evolution reforming for brand company.
