碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 建築系 === 95 === To select proper refurbishment projects can improve the existing space quality of the hospital, improve the operation efficiency of the hospital, and pay the hospital new ability. When a hospital with multiple facilities, there are too many refurbishment projects will be suggested. Under the situation with limited budget, not all refurbishment projects can be carried out at the same time. In order to enable limited funds to play the greatest benefit, we must select the most helpful project to carry out. The objective of this paper is to introduce a decision analysis model for hospitals with multiple facilities selecting refurbishment projects. Refurbishment project selection problem is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. Through literature review of project selection theory, we suggest a decision analysis model using analytic network process (ANP). The method can combine several decision makers’ opinion. It also can let decision makers evaluate various criterions. This paper demonstrates an example of a hospital with multiple facilities in our country to illustrate how to prioritize a set of refurbishment projects by using the project selection model.
