Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 95 === Habitual Domains, is a theory of explaining the human behavior to be used to the field. People can improve one's own thought, cognition and idea in field theory by studying HD, and then break through the constraint of habit/behavior that was used to in the past. By doing this will find the most efficient way to solve the relative problems. Nowadays a leader's influence power and efficiency can be reflected or not, is base on one's own mood, thinking, knowledge and behaviors. Facing the variable management environment today, it is tough challenge to business management people which he or she should know how to take the proper actions under the proper time that could make the company could compete with others. Because on those reasons mentioned above, this paper is expected to find out, what’s the influence of the regular management activities for those management people who learned the HD by using HD and its 3 major principle toolboxes; in addition, I’m expecting to provide more research that could connect both HD and thesis of leadership. Hopefully it could provide some information and experience for management people. This paper based on Character theory, Behavior theory and Situation theory of the leadership behavior theories, collect and summary the key factors; Using those factors I develop the topics for the interview. Extracting the results from the summary of the interview records which I interviewed with the management people who learn HD, I found it is positive influence to the behavior of leadership who using the HD and its basic toolboxes. People are surrounding by the HD, using it will make your life more meaningful.
