Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 95 === This thesis is mainly composed of two topics. The first is the fundamental of the VCO theory and the design key. The second is that theory of Injection Lock Frequency Divider and the chips of LC Tank ILFD and Quadrature ILFD are designed, achieved and measured. Two chips are fabricated by TSMC 0.18 µm CMOS 1P6M and TSMC 0.35 µm CMOS 2P4M processes, we use Spectre RF and ADS to simulate circuits. In our future work, we want to integrate the concepts of the oscillator and divider, use the signal of divider in the PLL, enable it to operate it in 2.4 GHz or application of high frequency.
