Two chips are fabricated by TSMC 0.18 µm CMOS 1P6M and TSMC 0.35 µm CMOS 2P4M processes, we use Spectre RF and ADS to simulate circuits. In our future work, we want to integrate the concepts of the oscillator and divider, use the signal of divider in the PLL, enable it to operate it in 2.4 GHz or application of high frequency.
