It encourages managers to penetrate EMBA courses with a view of breaking through and creating multi-dimensional value and innovation. The development of uniform curriculum design for its application of coordinate course becomes the basic foundation for every university to differentiate its own competitive advantages. Even the current EMBA curriculum structure and design are originally modified from MBA courses, facing the EMBA students of different background and their various needs for knowledge, the teachers enjoy more challenges and pleasure from EMBA students than from MBA students. To satisfy the multiple needs from every EMBA student with different background, capability, specialty, interest, goal and time limit, schools have to provide the correspondent construction, such as “multi-dimension value, creativity conformity and makings sublimates”. The definition of multi-dimension value is knowledge development, practical experience exchange and interpersonal network establishment and alliance with different fields. The recognition of creativity conformity is tailor-made design of education and career, optimized resource plan and perfect person lifelong study”. The meaning of makings sublimates is the cultivation of culture, aesthetics and humanity as well as the exploration of religion and ethics. By participating EMBA courses and activities as well as studying literature materials, this research induced what strategies that the domestic and foreign EMBA schools established to meet the changeable demand and supply in the education market and concepts of these schools to formulate the correlation curriculum. This study contributes the innovative thinking in the curriculum development.
