Real estate agents, whom are the object of this study, focus on the correlation between Human Resource development, Satisfaction, and Achievements. Try to figure out employees’ opinion about current human resource development policy and evaluate their own satisfaction, and achievements on their job. Main finding in this essay, satisfaction, achievements and human resource development are show as positive correlation. A company that emphasizes on human resource development, their employees will have high satisfaction. Also they will have excellent performance.
