The developed system includes mechanism, image acquisition module and image processing method with Genetic Algorithm optimization techniques for minimizing the error of the grinding wheel contours. The first step is to put the specimen onto X-Y Table and adjust it to the suitable position. The second step is to use the USB Camera to capture the grinding wheel contour image and analyze the image information using GA.
