Therefore, this research applies the Radio Frequency Identification, RFID technology in engineering life-cycle to efficiently integrate the information of each stage. That can force the vendors of materials more seriously and carefully consider the technologies of construction qualities, facilitation of the assembling, disassembling and reusability of constructional components, to extend of the working period of the building. In the future, it will be one of the mainstream researches in construction industries. This research relied on the changeability and component module of open building, and cooperating with the ability of storing data and resume anagement of RFID technique to establish “The Applications Mode of RFID for Life-Cycle of Open Building.” In order to integrate the information demand of open building’s life-cycle, considering the entire life-cycle, the RFID technique is applied to each stage to develop an efficiently strategy to store data. This research uses the RFID reader to extract the newest information on-site, and proposes the “Information Monitoring and Integrating System of Open Construction Engineering.” According to the life-cycle of open building, this system induces the indispensable data, and assists to integrate the information of each stage. Then, the integrity of information will be rchived. Finally, the component information can be handled more accurately and the efficiency of open building can be upgraded by this system.
