However, due to the decreasing construction need, it is important to consolidate the development of the maintenance strategy. This research use the current assessment of case study to treat the key indicators which influence the execution of maintenance by reference study, expert interview, questionnaire analysis, maintenance of single case data .Then, using BSC to develop the structure of construction maintenance strategy and management. The result of the study creates four perspective frames which includes 14 KPI. It estimates the data on hand and the result of questionnaire analysis to discuss the relationship between each perspective. And then it develop the leading indicators and administration plans to make sure the structure of strategy map. Finally, it uses the suggestion of strategy management and strategy feedback mechanism from each case to be a consultation to impetus the maintenance strategic performance.
