| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 建築及都市計畫研究所 === 95 === This thesis explores the fire risk assessment in hypermarket. According to the characteristic of hypermarket such as variety, cheap goods, convenient parking and so on, hypermarkets would be the special place where people like to buy daily goods. However, the visibility, activity of people is influence by the overly display of goods and the fire risk increases because the fire facilities are not efficient enough to keep the indoor people safe. In this research use some spatial analysis methods with the fire influence factors to deal with the fire risk distribution and set up the planning strategy. The method of the thesis not only can treat the distribution but also can show the degreed and property in dangerous area. With the planning strategy, we can improve the influence factors and can evaluate the fire risk of simulation result which helps hypermarket designers to consult.
This thesis has six chapters. The chapters of it are organized as followed.
Chapter one is the introduction of this thesis. It includes related background, motivation and purpose. It also reveals the research territory, contents and restrictions. The last parts of this chapter are the procedure and methodology I use.
Chapter two is the theory in this thesis such as fire escape theory, spatial analysis method and so on. Fire escape theory talks about the fire theory and the type of the influence factor. Spatial analysis method, which use some characteristic of evaluate factors, can simulate and analysis the safety distribution of fire risk.
Chapter three is the framework of this thesis. It set up the calculation concept in this thesis such as the setting of evacuation factors and analysis method. It also set up the calculation weighting of each simulation distribution.
Chapter four and five use two hypermarkets as examples. At first, assess the architectural layout and establish the relationship of the indoor space. Second, set up the cell to interpret the architectural layout. Third, use some kinds of spatial analysis methods to calculate and simulate the escape information in the space and calculate the safety of Escape Efficiency in the layout of hypermarket. And the results of this thesis are four parts: 1, find out the evacuation factors. 2, combine the characteristic of evacuation factors and spatial analysis methods. 3, simulate the fire risk distribution in the hypermarket layout. 4, estimate the planning strategy of hypermarket layout planning.
