Nevertheless, the accelerating development undergoing in China is threatening Taiwan’s current position greatly. Under the consideration of cost - down and attaining market share, lots of firms move to China and make reinvestment there. For the sake of pursuing competition with them, we must seek the stable political situation, but the strong economy is even more desirable. Therefore, the Science Park has found an outlet for Taiwan’s hi-tech industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the development of the industrial cluster of Science Park. By applying the system dynamics method, it provides a more broad and complete angles to this study. Through the causal loop diagram, we can make analysis from these four causal loops –manpower, technique, money and market, and collect the relative secondary data to verify and reinforce the theory of causal loop diagram. The scope of this study is focusing on the Hsinchu Science Park. The result of this research shows it is a positive feed-back by causal loop diagram.
