Therefore, with administering Labor Pension Act, will enterprise pleasure of using atypical employment raise or reduce? And what impact of enterprises effected by Labor Pension Act is on contribution cost、redundancy cost、personnel management cost、industrial conflicts cost and turnover rate possibly? That is the purpose of this study. There are 117 efficiency questionnaires in this study. By descriptives、chi-square test、hierarchical regression、binary logistic regression and likelihood ratio test, we got the conclusion. The major findings are presented as follows: 1. Labor Pension Act will make enterprises raises of contribution cost and personnel management cost, and a reduction of redundancy cost. Although turnover rate will raise on account of Labor Pension Act, the increment is not obvious. Furthermore, the industrial conflicts cost of enterprises will not change significantly due to Labor Pension Act. 2. After administering Labor Pension Act, if the contribution rate of enterprise was low in Labor Standard Act, the contribution cost of enterprise is higher now. Besides, the higher the proportion of employees who select Labor Pension Act, the greater the influence of personnel management cost. However, these is no apparent relation between the proportion of employees who select Labor Pension Act and other events, like contribution cost、redundancy cost、personnel management cost、industrial conflicts cost and turnover rate which are effected by Labor Pension Act. 3. The reduction of enterprise redundancy cost effected by Labor Pension Act will make enterprise a reduced pleasure of using atypical employment. On the other hand, the raise of enterprise turnover rate effected by Labor Pension Act will make enterprise a raising pleasure of using atypical employment. In addition, the raise of enterprise personnel management cost effected by Labor Pension Act will only make enterprise a raising pleasure of using dispatching worker.
