Some of the enterprises are starting to notice blog and its commercial appli-cation, but there is no standard process and workable business model, that’s why some companies wanted to conduct blog into their business process but failed. Therefore, if we established the blog model to fit enterprise's demand by high flexibility of open source, we truly believed that it will be an important reference for those companies who wanted to implement blog by themselves. There are two major purposes for this re-search. First, we establish a model, (blog community provider model, BCPM), for en-terprises' request, to confer and solve the problem we faced in the open source software implementation, and upgrade the whole functions of the website. Second, the designed function will follow the company's managerial guiding lines to display the uniqueness of their blog, and through the control and classifications of articles to accumulate knowledge, and then try to raise the popularity of the websites. This research starts on the development of open resource software, conducting methods of enterprises, and de-signing some functions of blog to help the company. We use STATEMATE to design and construct the system, BCPM. Results of the case study ‘BlueShop Blog’ shows: first, BCPM will solve the troubles of open source integration and insufficiency of func-tions. It also succeeds in modeling way to raise the popularity of Blueshop Blog. Sec-ond, help to realize the problem and restriction of blog management. Third, use ‘Tag’ to manage blog articles effectively and make professional blogs obvious.
