Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 95 === The research use organizational politics as an independent variable to explore the relation-ships in both organizational politics and job burnout. Through the moderator variables on person-organization fit from employees to their superiors, we can clarify further the relationships on both two variables. The research group is for legislator's assistant of Legislative Yuan and is col-lected by 320 questionnaires. Completed questionnaires were returned by 295 con-tact-employees 92% response rate. Then the effective questionnaires have been ana-lyzed by Descriptive statistics analysis, Reliability analysis, Validity-test, correlation analysis and Regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that: According to the analysis done under hierarchical regression model, noticeable positive impact de-rived from the psychological contract to the organizational identification was confirmed. Moreover, psychological contract and organizational identification between interference effect of employment status to psychological contract and organizational identification was also affirmed.
