Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 95 === Nowadays, there is still room for improvement of the tool of SIP service management. There are especially short of monitoring the abnormal service and providing the warning message. Moreover, the IP platform has been more supported for IPv4 than IPv6. According to this situation, this thesis proposed the mixed internet SIP service monitoring system MoSA (Monitoring over Service Availability) for IPv4 and IPv6. MoSA is divided into two main parts, monitor system and alarm system. The monitor system, in order to increase the credibility, simulates the way of applied service access to proceed the quality testing, while the alarm system, utilizes the way of VoIP to inform the service provider and to confirm the alarm message auxiliary. The model of MoSA is designed on the base of module, in other words, there is easily to develop other applied service monitoring by module.
