碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 95 === Due to the rapid advancement of information technology, globalizations, and diversification of customers needs, enterprises are facing severe competition ever. Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is an information management system that can help enterprises allocate their resources best. With this system, the information flow will be integrated to improve the performances of operational process and productivity of enterprises and eventually enhance the competitiveness advantages. WorkFlow Management System(WFMS) has high percent of using on Enterprise Resource Planning. There will appear a question of how to send message to appointed people following appointed line before regulative time. So the ingration of ERP and WFMS is building high-convenience, high-efficiency and high-safety workflow. This study examined the relationship between the critical factors and consequence of integration. After analyzing the useful samples with factor analysis and path analysis, the study finds the following results. 1. The major goals of integrating ERP and WFMS of enterprise are presented. 2. During the integrating step the study finds that 4 critical dimensions of integrating factors significantly affected the consequence of integration. 3. According to the result of path analysis, the study finds that the correlation exactly existed among each steps of the integrating process.
